Last year, Blood Orange released his album Cupid Deluxe, the excellent follow up to 2011′s ‘Coastal Grooves’. His good friend and collaborator Kindness, AKA British disco-pop babe Adam Bainbridge, then remixed “Uncle ACE,” one of that album’s best tracks.
That remix also featured vocals from Chicago house legend and Fingers, Inc. alum Robert Owens.
In the video, we see a series of long, static shots of Romford, the area where Hynes grew up.

Kate Nash from Harrow, London started her career in 2005 after uploading her music to my space. Her most popular song would probably be “Foundations” which was released in June 2007, and reached No two in the official UK singles chart. (One of my faves).

I’m glad to see Kate Nash around again.
